You’ll be able to track your package with CryoCourier. In fact, you’ll regularly receive email updates about your specimen’s status. We’ll email you once the courier arrives at the pickup clinic, once the courier picks up your package, and once your specimen reaches its target destination.
If any delays occur at the clinic or anywhere else, we’ll also let you know.

Once you avail of our services, we’ll send you an invoice and a credit card authorization form.
We need you to give us a heads-up at least 3 to 5 business days before your scheduled procedure or transfer. If you can give us a call earlier than that, that’ll be much appreciated as well.
On the other hand, we need you to tell us 2 weeks in advance if you want a full service where we’ll coordinate between clinics.

Transportation time depends on the package’s point of origin and its target destination. However, you can rest assured that you’ll be able to track your cryogenic specimen all throughout.
You don’t have to worry about customs: our couriers can handle clearance. Likewise, delayed flights wouldn’t be a problem either because our couriers will swiftly change to different flights if needed.
