Waiting and guessing is stressful, so we ease your worries by closely monitoring your package’s location and updating you about it. CryoCourier’s highlight is its real-time tracking. We thoroughly track all shipments and immediately send you status notifications.

Our experience with working with one of the country’s largest cryobank helped us master a careful and thorough system when it comes to labeling. Moreover, clinics have access to our online order entry system and can print labels through it.

Likewise, whenever one of our drivers arrive, they ensure all specimens are correctly labeled. They won’t take any packages without labels. They also check if the packages have barcodes on them, which will allow them to be scanned and tracked as they’re moved.

Not only will you be able to track your package with CryoCourier, in fact, you’ll regularly receive email updates about your specimen’s status. We’ll email you once the courier arrives at the pickup clinic, once the courier picks up your package, and once your specimen reaches its target destination.

If any delays occur at the clinic or anywhere else, we’ll also let you know.
